Ben Welch

As an Energy Manager, Ben is responsible for supervising a team of analysts in the tenant utility billing department, ensuring the accuracy of calculations and providing excellent customer service. Ben also contributes to continued process improvement within the company.

Prior to joining Resource Energy, Ben managed multiple billing and collections teams in the Healthcare industry over the past 15 years. Most recently he worked as the Manager, Billing & Collections for Nuvasive Clinical Services (NCS), a neurosurgical monitoring company based in Columbia. In his role at NCS, his primary responsibilities included monthly financial reporting, accounts receivable management, and process implementation. Ben was also responsible for assisting in project management while at NCS. He led the billing and collections team in multiple system migrations while with the company, as well as creating a custom platform for hospital related financial reporting.

Ben graduated from Salisbury University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
