A vacant space had a running toilet which resulted in a 3,602 gallon leak over the course of a day. The alert was triggered, and the property manager had it checked immediately. Left unchecked, this would have resulted in a $1,400 monthly loss to the bottom line.
A phone repair store in New England had a running toilet using 3,500 gallons per day.
