Energy Manager, Tenant Utility Billing
As an Energy Manager, Daniel is responsible for supervising a team of analysts in the tenant utility billing department, ensuring the accuracy of calculations and providing excellent customer service, as well as performing strategic analyses on behalf of customers. Daniel also contributes to continued process development and improvement within the company on a number of levels.
Before joining the company, Daniel held both management and analyst positions at Teksystems Global Services (“TKS”), an information technology services company. In his role as an analyst at TKS, his primary responsibilities included monthly accrual calculations, revenue booking, contractual interpretation and project performance analysis. As a Manager of Operations Support at TKS, Daniel led a team of analysts that was responsible for monthly revenue recognition; he also created and implemented processes that increased reporting accuracy and profitability, including the automation of monthly discount accruals and international travel expense billing. Daniel also designed custom executive financial reports and provided monthly analysis.
Daniel graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance.
