As an Energy Manager at Resource Energy, Erin oversees a team of analysts in the tenant utility billing department, ensuring the accuracy of calculations, and delivering exceptional customer service. She also conducts strategic analyses on behalf of clients, helping them optimize energy usage and cost efficiency. In addition, Erin plays a key role in driving process improvements within the company, enhancing operational effectiveness and service quality.

Erin joined Resource Energy in October 2017 as an Energy Analyst and has since held various roles that have deepened her expertise in energy management and client support. Her diverse experience within the company enables her to effectively guide her team, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-performance standards.

Erin graduated from Lehigh University with High Honors with a degree in Environmental Engineering and Sustainability.
