As an Energy Manager at Resource Energy, Jonathan leads a team of analysts in the tenant utility billing department, ensuring the accuracy of calculations and delivering exceptional customer service. He also conducts strategic analyses on behalf of clients, helping them optimize utility expenses and improve efficiency. In addition, Jonathan plays a key role in driving process improvements within the company, enhancing operational workflows and service quality.

Jonathan joined Resource Energy in 2018 as a Utility Billing Analyst and has since developed extensive expertise in utility management and client support. His leadership and analytical skills enable him to effectively mentor his team and ensure high standards of performance.

Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Ohio University. His strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset to both Resource Energy and its clients.
