Keith Kotulak, B.E.P.

As a member of the management team at the company, Keith supervises a team of analysts in the tenant utility billing department and manages a process designed to assure that the energy performance objectives of the company’s customers are met in each case. He also is involved with various aspects of streamlining the tenant utility billing process, account management, and designing and implementing measures to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of his team. Keith ensures that both timely and accurate reporting of various types are providing to customers based on their specific strategic energy objectives.

Prior to joining the company, Keith held accounting and energy positions at A&R Companies and GGP (General Growth Properties). At A&R Companies, he was responsible for all aspects of accounting for a portfolio of properties including budgeting, journal entries, variance analysis and preparation of financial statements. As a member of the GGP utilities department, he was responsible for researching complicated utility tariff documents, creating rate logic in the company’s utility billing software, reviewing lease documents and analyzing tenant billing calculations. Keith has over 13 years of experience in the Property Management area and uses his knowledge of energy and accounting concepts to deliver customer services at the highest levels in the industry.

Keith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland University College and holds a Business Energy Professional (BEP) certification from the Association of Energy Engineers.
