Ryan Glasser

As Manager, Utility Expense, Ryan is responsible for the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for our clients’ usage and expense data. He works closely with the Sustainability and Tenant Utility Billing departments to assist with any data related projects. His background in data management and report development facilitates his collaboration with these other departments to create effective reporting solutions that improve data quality and streamline processes.

Prior to joining Resource Energy, Ryan worked at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) as a report developer for five years. Since joining Resource Energy in 2019, Ryan undertook various roles within the organization, showcasing his dedication and proficiency, ultimately ascending to the position of Manager, Utility Expense.

Ryan graduated from UMBC with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He also has a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Analytics from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
